🔹 What is the card?
Requesting and obtaining the Club CampMap Caravanning membership card does NOT affect the use of the platform or the app, which remain 100% FREE. It is the way to affiliate with our travelers’ club for motorhomes, caravans, or tents. The card is part of the “RVer with Benefits” program launched by our platform cicobella.ro, a loyalty program that strengthens the community with exclusive benefits, discounts, and special offers at partner locations.

🔹 Member Card Benefits:

• 💸 Savings of 15–20% on parts and accessories for motorhome/caravan, camping equipment, or service labor

only at partner stores or service centers

• ⛺ Up to 50% discount on camping at partner locations
• 🧭 Virtual card valid for 12 months, from the date of purchase, generated and presented directly to partner locations via the CampMap app
• 🪧 Official Club sticker (pickup at events or delivery on request)

🔹 What it means to be a member:

• • By purchasing the card, you support the development of the project and the CampMap community
• • You commit to respecting Club rules: mutual respect, protecting nature, civil behavior
• • Benefits apply only to active members, based on your personal card (non-transferable)

🔹 Rules and Discounts:

• • The discount applies only to the valid cardholder together with an ID; the card is non-transferable.
• • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or vouchers.
• • The discount applies to the base camping rate (excluding extra services such as electricity, pool access, etc.).
• • The discount applies to one camping spot (caravan, tent, camper, etc.) per Club CampMap Caravanning membership card.
• • The card can be used an unlimited number of times during its validity period.
• • Partner locations may have blackout periods – please check before arrival.
• • Club CampMap Caravanning is not a party to the agreement between the campsite and the guest and is not responsible for services, prices, or incidents occurring at the location.
• • The discount is granted only if the member presents their valid membership card at the partner location upon arrival.

🔹 Important notice

• We reserve the right to select card applications and, in certain cases, to contact you for validation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership status and the membership card in the following cases:

• • serious or repeated violations of partner location/campsite rules;
• • inappropriate behavior toward other RVers, partner staff, or the environment;
• • actions that affect the Club CampMap Caravanning image or disrupt partner operations.

This measure may be applied without a refund when the violation is proven and significant.
